These Are the Only Three Supplements You Need to Build Muscle.

Okay, these aren’t really the only three supplements you need to build muscle, because you don’t actually need any supplements at all. If you train hard and eat right, your body will create more lean muscle mass and you won’t need any help from expensive ingredients.

But with that said, there’s also no reason not to use supplements seeing as they aren’t bad for you and often don’t have to cost all that much money. And this is especially true when you consider that many supplements are also actually very good for you in other ways too!

And there are three supplements in particular that can help you get a real edge in your training and that are definitely worth looking into. Read on to discover what those are.

1. Protein Shake.

Protein shake is one of the most popular supplements among strength athletes and there’s one simple reason for this: it helps you to get more protein in your diet more easily. Protein shake comes in numerous forms but the most common is ‘whey protein’. This is simply a form of protein that is extracted straight from milk and that is a) very lean and b) very bioavailable.

There really isn’t anything magic about it but when you consider that the recommendation for muscle mass is to eat 1 gram of protein for every pound of body mass, then this simply makes it much easier, more convenient and less expensive to hit that goal.

2. Creatine.

Creatine is a substance used by the vast majority of athletes in order to convert used ATP (ADP and AMP) into more ATP for further use. ATP is the body’s principle source of energy and will allow you to keep on going just a little longer when lifting weights before you have to switch to the glycogen-lactic-acid system, or the aerobic system.

But this isn’t all creatine is good for: it’s also very useful for actually increasing muscle size. It can do this because it encourages the muscles to retain more fluid, meaning that will instantly appear more swollen even without any additional training or work!

3. Multivitamin.

Finally, consider using a multivitamin tablet. This will help to provide your body with a variety of vitamins and possible minerals, which will support testosterone production and anabolism, help you to burn energy more efficiently and prevent colds and illnesses. You’ll even sleep better!
